Judicial analysis of Directive 2011/95/EU - audio version

An audio version of some chapters of the EASO manual has been created for the Integra-L resource, which cover such topics, as a list of possible acts of persecution, grounds for persecution, standard for assessing evidence and what is a well-founded fear.

About the EASO publication:

The publication consists of the following parts:

  • general introduction, which sets out the purpose and structure of the analysis, review of the rules of interpretation of the revised QD, describes applications for international protection and highlights the issue of the limited scope of more favorable standards;
  • detailed analysis of eligibility for refugee status and its defining elements, installed in the revised design;
  • detailed analysis of eligibility for subsidiary protection status and its defining elements, installed in the revised design

To people, who are interested in understanding, How does the procedure for assessing applications for international protection work?, as well as applicants for such protection in EU countries.
